  3. Thanks for this Andrew, I used Creatine a while ago for weightlifting and I thought it proved beneficial in the short run, but not so much in the long run.

    1. Yeah I know what you mean it feels as it the effect of the creatine has worn off, but its still working and helping you make muscle gains. It’s just that your body has gotten use to it so you can’t feel the effects of it as much as the first couple times you used it.

  4. I was searching the internet for creatine for a research project. Although I have never taken the substance myself in the past, I do wonder if this is better as a supplement in addition to good diet and other supplementation, on top of muscle-building exercises?
