Hey everyone, I am Andrew and I have been into bodybuilding and an online coach for 6 years.andrew ngan

During this period I have learned how to get myself and others into the best shape of their lives by helping them reach a healthy bodyweight while building lean muscle mass. I have tried just about every diet and muscle building program there is and from my experience as a personal trainer I have learnt that everyone’s body and metabolism is different.

The reason I created this site was to help people like yourself achieve the body that you deserve and desire. Here at rippedfigure.com I believe that without health you cannot achieve wealth, love or true happiness. So it’s my job to help you become the best/healthiest version of yourself whether it be from my online coaching services, emails/blogs or products that I know will be of great benefit to you. Additionally, there is a lot of false information out there about bodybuilding, fitness and weight loss so it would be a pleasure for me to inform you of the correct and fastest way to diet and build muscle. To do this, I am going to share my personal experiences with you and what I have discovered over the years through my own “trial and error” experiments on myself and clients.

Furthermore if I ever say anything that captures your interest, I would love to see you get involved within my site. My journey so far……

There are many reasons to why I started bodybuilding and perhaps you can also relate to them.

Reason 1: I simply wanted to be as healthy I could be since I believe that without health you cannot achieve wealth, love or true happiness. Like Steve jobs said “he didn’t want to be the richest man in the cemetery”, but that ended up being true. So no matter how much money you have without good health you won’t be able to use any of that money to do the things you like since your body is plagued by diseases or unable to function properly due to your weight.

Reason 2: To have MORE confidence in myself ! When I was a kid I grew up overweight, getting fatter every year and was never ever proud of my body. To get away from this I always wore very thick and baggy tracksuits even on the hottest summer days as I was extremely body conscious and had little to no confidence, I knew that if I didn’t do something about this it could lead to depression as I was already becoming mildly depressed.

Reason 3: To create a body that I could always be proud of without giving up my favourite foods. Perhaps the main reason I became overweight was due to the fact that food has always been an important part of my culture so giving up these foods for the rest of my life I just couldn’t do. I didn’t want to have to be eating broccoli, brown rice and chicken my whole life. So knowing this I started tirelessly researching about fitness/health online and this is where bodybuilding came into my life. I read that muscle burnt more calories than fat so I simply had to gain more muscle mass to look good and be able to eat my favourite foods and now I haven’t looked back since !

Over these past couple of years I have seen my body change a tremendous amount and I know that if anyone is dedicated enough the same will happen to them. As I have seen in myself and my clients.

Furthermore, I do not believe in the word diet as it is temporary. A better word would be lifestyle and if you are not willing to make fitness a part of your lifestyle then you will never see a significant change in your physical body.
